This place was far under acceptable. I waited for my 1040 am appointment time untill 11:35! These people did what they had to do, but they did not inform me that I would not be able to drive after the procedures they did. They dilated my eyes and I was unable to drive myself home! With no assistance I am left to sit in this parking lot untill I can safely see well enough to drive myself home! Absolutely horrible treatment of a patient. Unacceptable and I plan on filling a complaint!

I had a really bad experience with Dr. Hernandez and his staff a while back and I will never recommend going to this ghetto clinic. They're so damn disrespectful and vulgar and the idiot Dr. always takes his staff's side even though they're completely wrong. That's ok because I wrote a formal complaint with the agency that regulates them. He must of received his license in Mexico because he sure as hell does not seem to have been tought here in the U.S.A What ever you do..... don't go to this clinic. There's better eye doctors in El Paso, Tx with better bed side manners

I am totally pleased with the staff and Drs. Hernandez and Newbold. I required cataract surgery, both eyes. I can now see clearly, rarely require glasses, except for small font. I especially want to cite Lilly Gonzalez, #1, optics technician, for her assistance with a special need I had that she resolved. She is most attentive, kind, and courteous. I always hope when I arrive for appointment, that she will be helping me.
