This is the best place where I bought both lenses and glasses, everything is very high quality and fast, they work exclusively with professionals and you really feel it. There are no problems with parking, you drive up under the barrier, there is always a guard there and he lets you through. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. Standard eye doctor that gets the job done, however; nothing special about the office other than overpriced contacts. Found a year supply of contacts elsewhere for nearly 30% off their best pricing. Since then, I asked for my contacts prescription and after some back and forth, the office finally sent an INCORRECT prescription with MISSING information. This should not be acceptable for an eye doctor that does this for a living.. I mean how many prescriptions do they fill out daily? They definitely were not happy I wasnt buying from them and are attempting to make it as difficult as possible.. this is very unprofessional in my opinion. This is requiring yet another follow up and delaying an order of contacts from another provider that actually provides competitive pricing. I would avoid this office if possible. Because of this delay, I now am unsure I will have my contacts in time before running out on my currently supply.

If you ever in need of any ophthalmology service, Eyes on Brickell is your go to place. Don’t even check any others. We got into very unfortunate situation and lost prescription glasses in the ocean right before the Thanksgiving. Eyes on Brickell were able to generously help us with our emergency and were even able to stay late despite of the fact that it was late at night and Turkey dinner was getting cold. I highly appreciate the tremendous support that we received from the staff and from the doctor as well! And highly recommend Eyes on Brickell to everyone no matter if you are in Florida or any other state. HUGE SHOUT OUT!!!
