We LOVE Dr. Pitts and her amazing staff! They are patient, kind and so helpful. My husband, kids and I are truly appreciative of the way Dr. Pitts answers each and every question — and trust me, my kids ask at least 20 questions every visit. The doctor was nice and very thorough, but I spent $800 (!!!) for an exam and pair of glasses. It was my first time buying glasses for myself so I didn't know any better. I honestly feel ripped off. The front staff wasn't outright rude, but they didn't seem very friendly or welcoming either. The girl who did my fitting and took my payment seemed like her mind was elsewhere. Glasses were also late. Next time I will just go to walmart or target and save myself hundreds of dollars.
