It was our first visit to the clinic, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Jacobs was very nice and thorough. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Dr. Ailleen is the best optometrist! She was so thorough during the eye exam. I had gone to another optometrist and did not like the prescription that they gave me. She took the time to find the right one! She is so attentive and so caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Ailleen!

I recently took my son to Dr. Dial's clinic for an eye check-up, and we had an excellent experience. Dr. Dial was professional, patient, and very thorough during the exam. She took the time to answer all of my questions with clear and easy-to-understand explanations, which made me feel confident in the care my son was receiving. We'll definitely be returning for future visits.

I was in search for an optometrist to replace the one I had been with for over five years. I found her. Her name is Dr. Aileen Dial. Her office is in the Eastlake Walmart, and she is in the VSP network. She's awesome. She explained the entire procedure, as well as answering every question I had for her. Very friendly. And the best part about it is while you're waiting for your eyes to dilate, put on your sunglasses and walk around Walmart until your eyes get real sensitive. 😆
