Dr. Rios immediately identified my eye problem. Due to his expertise in radial keratotomy complications, he quickly provided a "bandaid" of a soft contact lens. I am so grateful to Dr. Rios because the open wound might have caused permanent cornea damage and/or the need for a corneal transplant.

Too many issues here. Once you’ve ordered a years worth of contacts they won’t order you more without a new exam. I whitewater kayak and raft and lose contacts frequently. Scheduling is a challenge as well. Went back and forth with the girl who answers the phone deciding between a 1p or 2p appointment. Landed on 2p. Showed up day of and they had me down for 1p. No one seemed to really care.
