This is the only optometrist I feel comfortable going to. Every other doctor I've seen can never get my prescription right, and when I bring up that my eyes are different prescriptions, they refuse to listen! But he balances them perfectly and explains the whole process to you while he does it!!

Love the ppl at the office, they are super nice and make you feel welcome! Dr. Jones is wonderful!

I stopped in and spoke to Victor about having getting some glasses. I already had a script from some place else. He told me that they only fill glasses if they also did the eye exam. That's because that's according to the state rules. I said that is incorrect. I also called the state and was told that Victor was incorrect. Victor didn't want to help me. I asked if he was the owner and he was not. I will never recommend Eyes Rite Optical of Kent to anyone for anything. Victor didn't want to help someone with state insurance and that I didn't have my eye exam with him. That's ok, I went to a couple of other places and they were appalled by Victor's behavior or willing to help.
