I am very particular when it comes to my glasses and contact lenses and I have never worked with anyone who is so willing to make sure that everything is 100% perfect with the fit and my vision--no matter how long it takes.
The staff has also always been willing to go the extra mile--giving me sample lenses when their supplier took longer than expected, letting me switch lenses if one wasn't the right fit after I'd tried it for a while, etc.
I would not go anywhere else.

i've been a patient of Dr. Rosenblum's at the newport coast office for 11 years. he and his staff are some of the most unprofessional, unethical people i have ever encountered. they have deliberately, maliciously given me glasses with the incorrect prescription to wear. i am near sighted, so this impacts my ability to, among other things, see road signs and process other information when i am driving. if my visual acuity is impaired, it potentially endangers other drivers on the road and passengers in my vehicle. as a physician, i can't imagine how on the one hand Dr. Rosenblum could pursue a noble profession like optometry and on the other hand so brazenly flaunt his fiduciary duty to his patients. he deserves to have his optometrist license revoked. i will be filing a formal complaint against him and his staff with the department of consumer affairs

My visit to Eyesite was my first visit to have my eyes checked in about 10+ years, as I hate the hassle of doctor’s offices and the anxiety from waiting around.
Well, my experience at Eyesite was exactly the opposite of all my previous experiences at doctors offices!
Dr David Rosenblum immediately greeted me when I arrived, and I liked him from the get-go.
He was warm and friendly, and it wasn’t more than 2-3 minutes before they were already taking images and checking my eyes!
Yes - it was that quick!
Dr. Rosenblum stood with the technician who was doing the preliminary imaging, and he was explaining each step as we went along. It made the experience feel less like an exam, and more of an interactive experience.
Dr Rosenblum showed me each image of my eyes and explained what they look for and what he saw in my pictures.
We immediately moved into the next examination room where he ran through another series of vision tests. After about 5-10 minutes of various tests, Dr Rosenblum put a set of test frames on me, and I literally couldn’t believe my eyes!
I thought my vision was pretty good, but now I realize just how off my eyes have become.
My eyes feel so much better now that I’m not straining to focus, and I have Dr Rosenblum and the Eyesite staff for that.
They also have a great selection of frames, from Ray Ban, Chanel, IC! Berlin, to an aweosme local brand, which I loved, called Salt.
They certainly had something for everyone’s style and budget. I ended up buying some awesome IC! Berlin and Salt frames for my 2 new pairs of glasses, and I couldn’t be happier with my first visit to an eye doctor in over 10 years!
I highly recommend Eyesite Optometry, and would give 10 stars out of 5 if I could!!
Thank you, Dr. Rosenblum, and to the Eyesite techs!!
