Staff are respectful and on time. Dr Rheeman is also great, seems very thorough in his exams and when reviewing medical history.

My prescription insurance and I have been trying to contact this practitioner for a month now about a prescription that my insurance won't cover. No response. Their web site and phone service is so out of date and need of updating. After my second visit my doctor disappeared and I got a different doctor. They don't accept any vision insurance so I paid for my eye exam out of pocket. Uninformed prior. A lot of people standing around gossiping and chit chatting, I've even heard them bad mouthing patients. I need to look elsewhere. This company needs some cleaning up. Looking elsewhere as long as I can. Bruce Morin

My son and husband needed their contact lens prescription renewed. EyesNY was able to get them in the same week. Dr Caruso and Tom were wonderful from beginning to end.

The unprofessionalism of the staff: rudeness, obviously indifferent behavior, preoccupation with their phones of all 5 youngsters at the reception was quite disturbing. The young lady doing tests was like a machine, short, not at all polite, barking the directions like an army sergeant. It made my experience awful enough for me to consider looking for a different office for my future needs. As a service professional I know the level of entitlement is high these days, but I hate the fact that I am paying these brats' salaries.

Had an emergency eye injury, called several ERs and urgent cares, besides driving to Albany Med to see on eye doctor I found EyesNY and saw Dr. Campbell within an hour of calling! Hands down great decision, looked at my injury and gave me what was needed. 2 days later went for checkup and he again had a plan! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, all the staff were great as well!

Tal the owner got back to me right away with any concerns I had and was able to book me an appointment within a week. This place definitely cares about there clients Thank you for all you have done.

The staff is very friendly. I've been to both offices in Malta, and Clifton Park. Very knowledgeable and informed me on what needed to be done

The office closed today due to weather and they never informed me. I drove 30 minutes to get there and the office was locked. They have all kinds of automated emails and texts to confirm your appointment, but evidently nothing to let you know the office closed. Not very good customer service.

The Doctors listen to my concerns and needs. Great staff.
