If I can give this janky; unprofessional and overall terrible establishment a zero; I absolutely would! I gave them my own personal $700 frames over 5 weeks ago. They NEVER answer! I just want my frames back at this point; I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody,

Something is not right about the prescription. I feel it is very wrong. Another odd thing is my daughter and I went to get our exams at the same time along with my son. I Tried on my daughter's glasses one day because I noticed she scratched them. I was trying to see how bad the scratch was...I was able to see perfectly fine out of her glasses...I have a gut feeling I was given the wrong prescription...I am going somewhere else next time....

My mom glasses was done wrong, they sent the glasses out to be corrected it's been about a 6 weeks she's been waiting and now the doctor has retired and I'm getting the run around. The glasses are paid for and she still don't have them. I was told that call the glasses would be going to the opti-vision across the street
