Don’t know where or how to begin other than to say… STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS WRETCHED PLACE!
No help. Bad customer service, and absolutely the worst condescending attitudes. I had to wait to get lenses bc I’m being treated for breast cancer. …. But Tracy felt the need to question why I waited so long…. doesn’t seem to have too much common sense.
Rude. Do some modernizing. It feels like you walk into a 1986 eye clinic your mom took you too.
Do better for your community.

My mother had a terrible time communicating with this office. Glasses were made incorrectly and she was charged another $100 to make them right. I’d bring her to another optometrist but she’s already paid $800 and still no working glasses.

Terrible customer service at BOTH locations (Norwalk and Westport). I brought in my Costa Del Sol prescription sunglasses to be filled with my new progressive prescription from my Optometrist. These are the same glasses that this company filled for me to complete satisfaction 5 years ago.
I had my initial visit and return for pick up at the Norwalk location and the mature woman who handles the orders there at first said I was right that the lab had gotten the script wrong, but then proceeded to examine and re-examine the new lenses and kept questioning me on my script insinuating that it was somehow my mistake. I left upset with the glasses being sent back to the lab for correction.
Second go around I was sent one town over (inconvenience) to the Westport location to pick up the "corrected" lenses. Nope, 2nd time was not much better. I have no idea what has changed with either Willows or the Lab they use but, needless to say two tries equals a total fail in my book.
The final insult, the eyeglasses rep at Westport informed my that until they have enough credit in their "system" today they cannot post my refund, but that it should post by the end of the day. I simply remarked that I hoped that is the case and that I don't need to return - and then she remarked in a particularly snippy way "I certainly hope not".
