Easy to make an appointment and do my paperwork online. Got me in within a week. Had to wait to enter until 8:30 my appointment time because that is when they open. Wouldn’t recommend this time as they seemed to still be getting set up. But once I got back, the doctors were very friendly and fast, recommended a new contact brand, gave me a trial pair and information to easily order contacts online. It was a bit pricey because my insurance doesn’t cover contact lens fittings but that seems to be standard. I will be returning because of the ease of booking and friendly staff.

I have been going to Eyeworks for years now and I have to say that I have tried other optometrist, but keep coming back. Dr Matthew is wonderful. He was very helpful and thorough at answering any questions or concerns I had. The staff at the front and the sales staff are all very friendly and very helpful as well.

I love this establishment! Everyone is so friendly and professional, and they are also willing to help. I misplaced my Prescription and called to get them to fax it to me, and Natasha answered and was so pleasant and quickly helped me within a matter of five minutes. I had the prescription. I think that is excellent customer service, seeing as most people will make you wait hours if not a full day or longer. I also love the doctor not only is he very easy on the eyes, but he’s super professional and so easy to work with. I have a large family and my husband and I go with my two sons so we all can get our check up at the same time and I also appreciate that. 100% that you go here, if you need glasses! Several options to choose from too from high-end to very affordable frames!
