Fantastic experience here. The front office staff/scheduling staff were great, as were the rest. The doctor was fantastic, very thorough and willing to take her time. And they were able to get me in at the last minute for my emergency visit. Six stars.

I've been going to Dr Lai for many years now and I recently lost my Gas Permeable contact lens. I was going on a trip and emailed Eyeworks, he ordered me a new lens and gave me some temporary soft lenses as an emergency pair. The kindness and service is unbeatable!

Excellent understanding of the status of my eyes after cataract surgery. Was given a thorough examination to make sure no signs of Macular Degeneration.
