Brian was very personable and professional, explained each step of the process; Dr Pang was courteous. Going through the insurance process to see what I qualified for seem to be more tedious than necessary. Rep wasn't confident of what she was doing, but maybe she was new.

Everyone at this LensCrafters was awesome! I teally appreciated the time that everyone took to make sure my prescription was correct. I was able to put new lenses in an older set of frames, in addition to get a new pair (because they were having a great labor day sale). I'm so excited to get my new glasses in a few days!

So glad I came back here for my exam, frames and contact lenses! I got great service from a friendly and patient staff who are highly competent, thorough and considerate. They made it so easy to get what I needed, and I found an attractive pair of affordable frames, too.
