Everyone to an individual was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I seamlessly moved through the stations and was in and out in 50 minutes. A very pleasant and welcome experience. Thank you people of Lenscrafter's!

Optometrist was pretty good but staff was not welcoming, made me wait while they talked and did everything but help me, even when I asked. Once they finally became available to help (even though I was the only customer there), they were decently helpful but very distracted and not invested… sad because it’s a nice space with plenty of staff but attention was everywhere but the customer.

Everyone one that worked there was vigilant and used copious amounts of disinfectant and safe distancing to ensure the safety of all in the store. The workers were courteous and the Doctor was very cordial and explained everything while she was examining my eyes.

Very thorough exam, the woman who administered all the vision tests knew what she was doing and was very respectful. The doctor who finished up the exam and checked my prescription was excellent and very personable. I appreciated the amount of time they all took to get me my contact lenses on a turn-around basis!

All of the staff was great, but Dr. Cathrine Flaming is phenomenal! I wish all the doctors, in every medical institution were like her. Really perfect example of what a great doctor and awesome person should be. Thank you!

First time visiting. They made the experience extremely easy there. I felt super comfortable and the staff is very professional. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to take better care of their eyes.

I had a great experience at Lens Crafters. Everyone was friendly, I had an eye exam the optometrist was very nice. I purchased a pair of reading glasses. The woman who helped me pick out the frames was very helpful. Thank you.

I have been going to the LensCrafters in Sherman Oaks (off of Van Nuys) for about 10 years. The experience and care are always exceptional. Dr. Helen Sungulyan is the best. Both Dr. Sungulyan and staff always take their time with you. You never feel rushed when selecting glasses. Amalie (hopefully I'm getting her name right) helped me select frames that fit my face the best and the ideal lenses to match. I really appreciate the care and attention given. Thanks so much. I look forward to many more years of visiting.

Thank you to Doctor Helen Sunguylan !!! She’s the best! She is great with patients. Very thorough with her exams, she really listens and takes her time to explain everything. Both the doctor and her staff were so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this office specially Dr. Sunguylan.

The receptionist was kind, and greeted me upon entry. The Doctor was just as kind, informative, and generally pleasant to converse with. After completing the exam, the checkout process was just as smooth. I would recommend this Eye Exam location and Dr. Ana Pivazyan to anyone that requires ophthalmology services.

Loved the doctor who did my test as well as the assistant who did the first portion. The one frustration I have is the fact that the company doesn’t seem to have an up to date efficient database for existing customers. The fact that every time I go in to get my exam or order new lenses for new frames , I’m treated like a brand new customer when I’ve spent thousands of dollars on glasses for myself and my son. It’s a waste of time and annoying to have to do it over and over again, At the very least, the environmental cost of consistently making people fill out paper forms is archaic and not up to par with how other stores do business.. I’m actually considering switching to another business to save myself the inconvenience.

Jen, helped me while I was making my purchases. She was very helpful and I was amazed with her level of dedication to each tasks (She was multitasking, on a zoom call (they were having issues with their systems), helping her colleagues and helping me). She is the best... Thank you for making my first experience amazing :)

I did not get my optometrists name but she did a great job getting me my contact lenses. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Saved my week!! :)

Vergene was an awesome help. She assisted me with my frame selection, and completely explained every detail of my transaction. She did this with grace and patience, even while there was a rush of rather rude people.

Dr. Sungulyan is terrific; however there is a real problem with the medical reception desk. I have left 3 different messages for the Dr. And she NEVER got ONE of them. Please address this important challenge immediately. Thanks.

Dr Sugulyan is terrific. She is very detail oriented, thorough and explains the purpose behind everything she’s doing. It really makes me feel like I am getting the best Eyecare possible.

Wait time with my appt was short. Took a few exams until I met with the eye Doctor. My appointment was swift. Everyone was very kind and helpful throughout my appointment.

I always feel like I am in excellent hands with Dr. Sungulyan. She is very kind and extremely thorough. She takes her time to understand your lifestyle and general health when coming up with vision correction options for you, she is also very proactive in preventative testing. Very comprehensive and compassionate eye care- I highly recommend Dr. Sungulyan.

My experience today with the doctor on a Sunday August 13th 2023 was by far the utmost and professional experience I have ever had with the doctor who gave an eye exam... She accommodated me in every which way to my liking and necessity and executed and followed through with all levels of professionalism from beginning to end... I'm sorry I did not know her exact name... She is also one of the most professional but yet caring doctors I've ever met

Service was exceptional. I do love this location and staff. The eye doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and accurately assessed my vision needs. They aren't just lovely people, most importantly they know what they're doing!

Dr.Sungulyan is absolutely incredible. I cant thank her enough for taking such good care of me during this eye exam. Very kind, knowledgeable and caring woman. The entire staff was amazing. I had such a great experience at this location I wouldnt want to go anywhere else now.

Apparently, I have a blocked oil gland problem in my eyelids and the doctor went over all of the details about it and gave me recommendations. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.
