Could not recommend this place less. I waited over two months to get an appointment here; I had to book my appointment a second time after they called me at the last minute to cancel because the doctor was out that day. They tried to book me out into the end of December but I told them I couldn’t wait that long so I got an appointment in November. Two hours before my second appointment, I received a text message stating that they were cancelling my second appointment because the doctor was out sick. They recommended I try going to one of their other offices until they hire a new doctor but I will never be going here. Unprofessional behavior.

made appointment was rescheduled, then received a text that it was cancelled because doctor no longer worked there? Said to call another eyezone, I have called 2 other eyezones leaving 2 messages with no return phone call, What business operates this way? I am looking for another eye doctor outside of eyezone any recommendations? Thanks

Took 45 days to have an appointment as a regular patient, 6 weeks to let me know I need other frames because the one I gave them from my last prescription won’t work & 2 more weeks to install them on the new frames. Total 2.5 months. Unacceptable!!!!
