The worst customer service took over 2 months to get a refill on contact lenses I still have not received. The front desk is extremely rude laughed at me multiple times with zero reasoning behind why I don’t have them or any remorse. Would never recommend to anyone. Especially if you suffer from migraines due to lack of prescription, I’m. Ow being told they are canceling my order and I have to wait another 14 days before I can get my contacts.

Reliable and efficient service. My eyes are still working great.

Sounds like some people have had some issues with the billing lady.... yeah that can suck. Insurance already scary, complicated, stupid enough, so it sucks to have to deal with someone who adds to that pain. The only thing I can say is to try to view it from her perspective, I'm sure it's not easy on her end either. I've always had great experiences here.
