Dr Falcone is fabulous I’ve referred friends to her. However I am not satisfied with the lab and warrant for glasses. My first pair had a stress fracture obviously not measured correctly by the lab. Fair enough they were replaced but her warrant was fir one year and my glasses had the same issue So I’m stuck with them. I don’t feel the lab remeasured any differently I’m thinking they just put in the same as before. Frustrating to pay so much and have the same issue exactly as the prior. I would never buy glasses there again but I trust her dr skills very much

We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Falcon and her office. We started seeing her when my daughter was 4 and having to start with glasses and using an eye patch to better her vision. We’ve been seeing her for six years now, and although we moved out of state, we try to get eye appointments in with her when we come back to Arizona’s because we trust her so much. We all appreciate her positivity, expertise, and genuine interest in our kids and their eye health. Her office staff is also so helpful and kind when I call in, and efficient in-office.
