I have used Dr. Jenga because he takes walmart vision insurance. He isn't a friendly person and is a one man eye clinic. I do know that since going to him my vision has gotten worse and my headaches began to be unbearable. I had tried several times to go back to him to tell him I felt my prescription was off or to strong and he would get mad and start yelling that my vision had changed that bad that I needed to give my eyes a chance to adjust to my new prescription. Him being an EYE Doctor I left it at that because surely he is right and no way wrong. Year before last was my last exam with him because he doesn't care or listen to you or your eye health concerns. I stopped wearing contacts because he said it was making my vision worse and I was losing my eyesight in my right eye. I recently moved to longview and went to another optometrist who took my insurance. They checked my prescription on my glasses and listened to me about how much I hate my glasses and see better without them. I told them about my headaches using them and how i felt they were to strong. They took my vision test and I WAS RIGHT all these years. My prescription on my glasses was nothing close to the prescription they gave me this time. The Dr was kinda shocked and asked could my prescription with Dr. Jenga been a mix up and I told her no way because he writes down as he's testing you and hands it to you before you leave the testing room. I went back to him every year and every year it was useless to tell him I couldn't see with my glasses!! This optometrist said I was not losing my vision and I left her office with new contacts that I can see out of until I can get new glasses with my new prescription which by the way is lower, much lower power than my original prescription from Dr. Jenga. This man clearly has no clue how to be an optometrist and should be reported for his errors. Years of wasted time and money buying glasses I couldn't use because my prescription was wrong!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR VISION NEEDS!! DR. JENGA IS UNPROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE.

This Doctor was very rude. I was very uncomfortable my whole visit and he cut me off nearly every time I spoke. Every medical clinic that requires a mask should 1.address that upfront when the client makes the appointment to insure they enter with a mask & 2.have mask available for the clients that do not have one. Prices are reasonable that was the only good thing.
