Took my granddaughter for exam and glasses. Got two pair for a great price. Took only ten days to come in. Which I think is reasonable. Staff was very gracious. Doctor was very thorough and explained everything to my granddaughter and I. I really enjoyed the service of the gentleman who helped choose her glasses. He let my granddaughter know which were more affordable but similar to an expensive frame she liked. I thought that was great because I was trying to stay within my budget. We also were able to get our appointment in a reasonable amount of time. And they accepted Medicaid. We will be using them for our family from now on! Overall it was a great experience!

This place is subpar at best… If you’re scheduled for a 10am appointment, expect to be seen at 10:30-10:45. The optometrist is extremely kind and does a great job but this office’s sense of urgency or consideration for their patients’ times is laughable. If you’re a busy, working adult, this place isn’t it for you. They take forever getting you in even though you’ve made an appointment weeks before…

The office only has three parking spaces. When you back up to leave you are pulling out into oncoming traffic. This is the first negative. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and waiting 30 minutes total. I decided to leave without waiting any longer because for 25 of the 30 minutes I was waiting the office staff and doctor were chatting about their previous evenings events. Why are customers waiting in the lobby when the doctor is available? This loud gossip session was very unprofessional. I decided to seek out a more professional clinic for my exam.
