Both my daughter and I are patients at Family Eye Care of Atlanta. We will remain with Family Eye Care of Atlanta for as long as we continue to live here. The staff is incedible! They are kind, thoughtful and congenial. They remember our names and are always happy to see us! Dr. Locke is AMAZING!! She is thorough and knoweldgeable. She doesn't rush , she answers all of our questions, she remembers details about our lives and inquires when we only see her twice a year. The Family Eye Care Center of Atlanta truly feels like family!

Were very friendly at my initial and only visit. The care seemed to be very professional. I told them multiple times I believed in letting things run their natural occurrence and only wanted some kind of treatment if my eyesight was in jeopardy. After being recommended several times an eyelash oil and brush and stating that I wished for natural course, I was pressured into buying both and the doctor even bagged and handed me both to take home. I of course brought them home knowing I would not use them but intended to return them. Thats when the real issues began. I was told I cannot return product that has left their office even though it is still in back, not one time has been opened, and even has the receipt in the bag. Secondly, they continue to hound about due payments where the amount continuously changes. After asking a couple of times for a copy of the bill, I finally received one. A couple of weeks later, I get a text that my due amount is $130 higher than what was sent to me on the bill. Thats all they ever send is link to make payment. I am starting to wonder if this office might be somewhat fraudulent and improperly billing and charging others. Looking at some other reviews it might be the case.

Doctor Locke and the entire office were so wonderful and friendly. They calmed any worries we had for our infant but most importantly, chose to see her at her young age while other offices refused. Huge thanks to these ladies, highly recommend for children!
