I have been going to Peter K Dunn since I was 8 years old. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff. Within the last year his office staff has changed. They are a rude and not customer friendly. I had a bad experience with the office staff. It was an error on their part and the treatment I received was horrible. I made a decision that I would no longer go and or support his business. You would think that because I had been a customer so long that there would have been something to rectify the situation but it wasn’t. I would not recommend this establishment as long as he has the office staff. Mr. Dunn is a great provider but not that office staff. I am just really disappointed in the service I received today.

Dr. Dunn and his assistant were very rude and short with me. I did get my glasses from their office. Unfortunately, it was not a get idea. I paid for designer frames. I cant even use the glasses, they cause me headaches. It was a waste of my time and great insurance resources. Choose some one else!

The staff and a technician are nice and friendly, but the doctor spent literally 5 minutes with me. All checks have been done by a technician. When I asked about some problems that I have and maybe getting a more complex contacts (correcting astigmatism - I am an optics professor myself), the doctor (Dr. Dunn female) mentioned that “at this point of my life” we should keep my vision at the point I have it as long as possible and not much will help and so it is not worth it trying more expensive contacts correcting for astigmatism, etc. Now, I am 52 and NOBODY wants to hear “at this pount of your life”… (I do get it that she is not at this point of her life yet). Moreover, I never mentioned that I cannot pay for those more expensive astigmatism correcting lenses. I brought all my family to this office after my visit last year, but after this visit I am not coming back.
