My experience was great today! I really appreciate the professionalism of the staff and their willingness to help me through each point of my visit. I was late and they did everything they could to ensure that I had a time efficient visit. I was made to feel welcome and they took extra time to help me make decisions on my vision package, follow up appointments, and future services for my family members. Great managers! Great staff! Thank you for making my visit there top notch.

First thing The front desk was unfriendly and they were eating while they were checking me in. The lady in the front desk was not very nice about me not realizing that my insurance was not in network. I wasn’t worry about paying out of pocket but it seemed like she was trying to let me know that it was my fault. I told her that I wasn’t worry about paying but I had filled out paperwork the day before and maybe we could have figured that out before but then she proceeded to look to see what time I filled out the online form, once she did she told me that they don’t check it multiple times a day which I don’t even know what that means. I have been going there for years and this is the first time I’ve been treated like this. The optometrist was the great and very helpful but I really think that the front desk shouldn’t be so unfriendly.

This was my first appointment at this location. The day prior to the appointment I got 4 messages during typical working hours. I understand there is paperwork but if you expect me to complete it prior to my visit, send after work hours and do not keep sending messages during the day. Because I knew I didn't complete it prior, I showed up with enough time to do it before my visit. Ultimately office staff didn't communicate effectively. I was told the Doctor would want to see me with contacts in. He came in, even though I stated I had contacts in, he assumed I didn't. I repeated it three times before I was understood. He pulled up pictures of an eye and stated how healthy it was... I said I still have contacts in and I haven't done that as your staff said you'd like to see me before I take my contacts out. I could visibly see the name of the other patient whose eye pictures he was looking at. Again, I had to state multiple times that I didn't have pictures done yet. Then he walked me to the front to have someone do pre screening. I was consistently asked what contact lens I use. I forgot what I use and as a new patient, this was not information in my file. I stated multiple times my lenses were monthly I was told I was wrong because the brands I knew of didn't make monthly lenses. Again, stating multiple times.. I don't have problems with my current lenses so I wasn't sure what they were but I could call back with the brand. However, I was only interested in glasses. It felt like I was only repeating myself and my answers about my health weren't being heard and everything I said was wrong or irrelevant. I will not be back.
