This was my first time here and I will say I had a pleasant experience, I noticed right away the place was very clean and bright. I was checked in right away by Bella she greeted me, she was kind and professional. Stan is a great multitasker, and he was very patient with me when I was looking for a new pair of glasses, I told him what style of glasses I liked and he gave me many options to choose from, I was then checked by Gabriel and Dr. Rafaelov, Gabriel was also very kind and communicated every next step, I felt very comfortable. Dr. Rafaelov was amazing and charming, I had to get my eyes dilated due to some irritation in my eyes, he explained everything to me very clearly, he reassured me at all times. Overall I recommend coming here, the communication, professionalism and care for their customers is very appreciated. Thank you all, I will be a returning customer! ❤️

First time getting a diabetic eye exam or any kind of eye exam and I saw this place was in-network and the reviews were solid. The place is very well maintained, bright and had a great clean look. I worked with the following people, the person up front Stan, the tech Gabriel and Dr. Rafaelov. Stan was great with getting me set up and making sure the paperwork all looked good. He also helped me pick out some glasses that would aid me in driving. Gabriel was awesome in running the initial tests, explaining all the steps and making sure I knew what was happening and was comfortable with all the tests. Dr. Rafaelov was knowledgeable and explained the results in a clear and concise way. The only minor thing I wished is that I could have a instant copy of the actual scans of my eye. Not a big deal but just wanted to be complete in my review. All in all will be back for any eye needs and I can't recommend them enough. Keep up the great work everyone!

I had a fantastic first visit to the Family Eye Clinic in Rego Park. Gabriel, the technician, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the process smooth and easy. Stan at the front desk was also well-informed and helpful. The doctor (Dr.Rafaelov) was so kind, attentive, and offered great advice and gave me educated options for surgeries and/or glasses and said it was my choice. No pressure. I truly appreciated the expertise and care I received. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience at family eye center! The place is very clean and organized, the staff is very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. My son is very inpatient, nervous, and cannot sit still for long but Doctor Daniel was very professional and made my son feel very comfortable and calm throughout the exam. The visit was very efficient and quick. We will definitely be back !

The guy who answers the phone will give you an attitude if you try to reschedule. Other than that, Dr. Russell is very nice and thorough.

Today is my third time coming to family eye center. Even though they had a tight schedule, I had an emergency and Gabriel, Stan, and Bella squeezed me in without any issues. I even had an insurance problem which won't be resolved until October and they still saw me without any hesitation. Doctor Alyeshmerni diagnosed my issue quickly, explained the diagnosis, and provided a treatment. Definitely recommend him if you need an ophthalmologist and recommend family eye center for any ocular needs

Already own my 2nd pair from Family Eye Center. Great customer service. The Doctors are very attentive and answer every question. Many choices as well for nice frames. I like the round ones. Offer options like blue light, crystal clear and anti-glare lenses, all which I got for my new frames.
