All of the staff was lovely! I had my 7-month-old with me and she was pretty fussy but the doctor was wonderful about just getting the exam done quickly and she was so incredibly sweet about my baby. The receptionist was so nice and friendly with everyone. You could really tell she was just enjoying her job and it was very refreshing. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend and will be going back.

The staff at the Buffalo Grove Family Eye Physicians eye clinic were all very attentive to my needs and questions. In addition, the staff treated me with the utmost respect. I appreciated the front desk staff's support with paperwork as well as answering some questions. The optometrist, Iwona Lazarz, OD, was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire eye exam. I appreciate her for her knowledge and patience as I deciphered whether "1 or 2" were the clearer option for my eyes. After my exam, I was able to get my PD from Antonio at the other end of the clinic and he provided me with useful information about new lens technology and options for frames and glasses.
