Was a great experience from check-in until check-out. I was treated amazing from start to finish in a friendly and professional environment Being a Oakley lover, I was pleasantly surprised that they offer Oakley’s and can have prescription lenses put in them

Had an eye exam for myself plus my little one & everyone was extremely kind, helpful & friendly! Their scheduling process was fast & easy allowing me to schedule online. Even had them follow up with me afterwards & accommodate our appointments so my daughter wouldn’t be alone in the room during her first eye exam. Dr.Raulino made my daughter & myself feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Raulino was very thorough and answered all my questions. She and her team were great! The office manager helped my husband and I with getting our glasses. She was extremely kind and helpful in explaining our benefits since we’re double insured. This was the best experience I’ve had at an eye doctor visit. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Dr.. Tonya Hubbard helped me understand my eye issues and how to resolve them. She was easy to talk to and she listened to my concerns. She was very sincere in wanting to do everything she could for me. It was my first visit and I was very pleased with my visit including the technician who did the preliminary tests. He was very professional and friendly.

Love love love my new eye doctor. Switched and now a happy patient of Dr. Raulino who is outstanding. Showed and explained to me the difference in my eye prescription to ensure my needs were met. Facilitiy has ample parking and excellent staff. So happy I made the switch!

Family Eyecare Associates had many openings to choose from, which is great due to my busy schedule. The Optometrists was very kind and gave me the care that I needed. I would definitely refer my friends and family.

The sales people out front failed to explain any details and wasted 30 minutes of time before actually explaining anything about the purchase of my glasses after my consultation with the doctor. The doctor was great though.

The Eye Check took a while, but Dr. James Raulino wanted to make sure that it was correct. He referred me to a specialist for Caterak Surgery. There was nothing he could correct on my Eyes.

Customer service isn't what it used to be. Because I'm purchasing my contacts elsewhere they can't give me a trial pair while I wait for my order to come. They can't even sell a single pair of contacts. They also aren't willing to do a fitment on my exam for costco bran contacts. I understand the costco brand portion except that I have been having my eyes checked here for a long time. They used to help out with trial pairs but it seems they only care about what makes them the most money now. I used to highly recommend this place but I will now let my family and friends know that they should see an eye doctor elsewhere. Many eyecare places care more about you than money, unfortunately, "family" eyecare no longer does and they definitely don't see you as family.

Everyone was very friendly and the eye exam process for my DMV eye test went very smooth smoothly. I felt that no one was trying to rush me through the place, and they took the time to explain things I saw Dr. R. and he was very detailed in his explanation of my eyesight I will be a repeat customer. Nice office and plenty of parking is a plus

To start with I have never been a big fan of conglomerates HOWEVER Tiffany really new her stuff and I was able to get what I needed done and at a price that was agreed upon, and didn't. Kudos to everyone their.

I haven't had a check up in many years. Family Eyecare was great, on time, personable. Will be using them for future checkups and glasses
