Very friendly staff! Appointment was easy to make. Doctor did an excellent job explaining all the results and information. The office was clean, modern, and smelled really good! Very pleased!!

I've been coming here since 2015 and every year it keeps getting better. Dr. Finn is amazing and she is extremely nice. Daisy helped me find the perfect glasses and Ash the Tech did an amazing job with my exam. Everyone there was nice as well.

Me, my husband and 3 kids have went to this eye location so we spend a lot of money here. Our experience was fine until a mistake was made on our account and they under charged us for my daughters glasses. The way we found out we were under charged was while my husband was paying for his two glasses. We were confused as to how we had a remaining balance to pay and the lady at the front was very rude and unapologetic about the mistake. The lack of customer service given was appalling especially with clients who spend so much money there. The lady at the front did not care to explain how the mistake happened. Did not apologize for the mistake happening. Did not make eye contact and just kept stating that she needed a form of payment over and over again. I use to recommend this place to everyone that moved into my neighborhood but will no longer be making recommendations here.
