I scheduled an appointment online months ago, received a call to confirm my appointment a couple weeks ago (didn't answer because I was at work), came in for my appointment today and was told the appointment was canceled because I didn't answer the call to confirm or call back. At no point in the voicemail was I told that my appointment would be canceled if I didn't call back, it just sounded like a reminder call. The receptionist was rude, complaining that my address wasn't on file, interrupting me, slamming her mouse on the counter and acting like it was my fault. Apparently they don't want new clients.

Always feel heard, validated and cared for by everyone in the office! Time is always taken (more than typical I am certain) with no backlash. I always have my questions answered no matter how seeming mundane!
Recommend to anyone that is in need and will listen! I appreciate them more than they know!

The Doctor was thorough and efficient with time shared for questions. Very professional and caring along with staying in the human element.
