I have been a patient at FES for many years, but my experience earlier this week blew me away and I wanted to publicly show my appreciation. I had my annual eye exam and got a prescription for new glasses. I ordered the glasses, but when I tried them on, it felt like I was looking through a distorted fish bowl. I thought maybe I'd get used to them and tried them at home for a few weeks. It didn't get any better, so I took them back to FES. The manager did a very thorough review and found that the prescription was a huge change from my previous one. He went above and beyond and even got me in right then and there to get my eyes rechecked.I was super happy that they cared enough to get me taken care of. 5 stars for customer service! Thank you!

They close at 1pm on Fridays but when I went to pick up my sons contacts at 12:53 their doors were locked. It’s very upsetting to find out they close their doors early when a person tries to get there in between the hours listed on their website. There were employees inside but I was ignored.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Farris for several years now...my husband, myself & several kids, teens & young adults. He is an outstanding optometrist! He is so kind, patient, and informative with everyone. Some of our kids were adopted from another country & he did so good with them...calming their fears & working through language barriers. We appreciate him and look forward to his continued care for our family.
