Great first experience at this location. The receptionist was extremely nice when explaining what was going to happen in the exam and what charges I can expect. The doctor was then extremely kind and answered my *numerous* questions to find the right contacts for me. I will definitely revisit next year.

Front desk lady is not upfront on keeping appointment related terms. Fancy equipment. But the people end up doing mandatory exam and making you pay for it even if you are just in for prescription. Update after establishment review: I was told to do mandatory-unrelated retinal exam even though I went in just for prescription, I told the staff twice that I was only in for prescription, they didn’t specify that they are doing retinal exam and kept saying it’s mandatory (this is not the case with other eye facilities) to do other exams to get prescription for the eye which is totally unnecessary. Called the front office lady and told her rather sternly about it that she should be more transparent. This is absolutely absurd service which wasted my time and money. I will never recommend it to anyone.

The receptionist added retinal exam cost without asking my permission. That is not a proffesional service. She should explain before adding it to the total instead of trying to charge without my concent.
