This office takes entirely TOO long. On my reschedule visit because I waited over an hour at my first visit and could not wait any longer, you all took over an hour to see me… this is inconsiderate/inconvenient of patients time. Take less clients so we don’t have to wait over an hour and can actually enjoy our time at Pearle

The doctor was excellent as she was straight forward and even called my personal doctor regarding my eyes. The ladies out front were so kind and nice. Loved the entire visit and will not delay next to go see an eye doctor

I loved this office, until yesterday. (Kim is amazing, this is NOT about her!!) is it possible to give 0 stars? Because I would if I could. My appointment was at 4:20. I was not seen until 6:15. My visit was with Dr. Toral Desai. I had never had her until this time, as I had usually seen Dr. Holmes. I have NEVER had to wait more than 15-20mins to be seen. A few minutes late is understandable, but 2 hours is completely uncalled for.
