My experience was fantastic! The woman who helped me in the show room/waiting room/show me the money room, haha, was super! Wish I knew her name. I will find that out in two weeks. She helped me decide on two pair of glasses, gave me and another customer a better coupon than the one I had found online and discovered that I would be able to get two pair of glasses for MUCH LESS than I had paid for two other pairs two years prior. My current insurance policy is much better. She had a great personality and I really appreciate her. I then took four eye exams on four different machines. The lady who administered the tests was nice and professional. Then, I was examined by Dr. White. She does an excellent job examining, explaining her findings and remembering personal things we have talked about from year to year. I am thankful that I met such a nice woman and she was part of my life for a while. Unfortunately, I won’t be seeing her for my next eye exam because she is moving on. I wish her the best in life! She is my all time favorite eye doctor, ever. Upon leaving the establishment, the other customer who was also given a discount coupon, had what must have been a 15 or 20 minute conversation outside the building. She started it, LOL! She was very nice, also. Pearle Vision Bridge Water Falls is a great place for an annual eye exam. They also have a nice selection of frames to choose from. They are customer oriented and friendly. It’s a very nice scene.

The staff was so friendly and kind and helped me make decisions on frames. Very happy with my experience there.

I thought Dr White was great.. her staff was awesome too… had a lot of patience and we’re a lot of help while I picked a pair of frames! Overall a great experience.
