The staff here is great, super kind and attentive. All staff, including the doctor helps you understand everything from the exam and cost breakdown of frames and lenses.

The eye exam itself was great. The woman who checked me in and ran the initial eye check was very kind. The doctor herself was also very kind and explained everything thoroughly. The reason why I’m giving a 4 rather than a 5 was the glasses shopping experience. Most insurance covers frames up to $150. There were maybe 3 pairs of glasses in that budget. Most pairs were closer to $300. Maybe that’s the standard for offices these days, #inflation, but I ended up just taking my prescription to online vendors.
