Staff did a great job at making us feel welcomed and being patient with us. I am a single mom of some high energy kiddos age 4& 5. Staff was not rude or disrespectful, even gave the kiddos a pair of play sunglasses to help keep occupied :) The visit was timely, not long wait time at all, easily scheduled appts online, it was clean, overall, very impressed with the doctor who took time with my 5 year old during her appt. She also explained exactly what was going on with her vision. You can tell this is a compassionate group of people. Thanks team!!

Dr Payne is AMAZING. She looked at all potential causes for my daughter's headaches and explained EVERYTHING. The staff up front is really great, too! So nice.

I can’t really rate my exam, because I didn’t have one. The office staff couldn’t figure out how to bill my insurance so I had to cancel, despite them being listed on my provider list. My appointment was scheduled for 9 am, but they don’t open the doors until 9. I have seen Dr. Payne in the past; she’s a great optometrist and the only reason I will attempt to come back.
