I am assuming that this questionnaire is for my visit with Pearle vision. Above it does not say that but since that’s why I went today. I’m assuming this to be true. My visit today was very pleasant. Everyone was very helpful. All my questions were answered. Both the doctor and everyone else I came in contact with Was very friendly. I have a disability and was pleasantly surprised that someone actually came to the door to hold it open for me and my husband as we entered. I believe it’s the little things that count the most. All individuals were fantastic when I walk in the business to the Dr Cianciolo. Great care and help picking out new lenses and frames and description recommendations for new ones. I keep returning d/t excellent Service.

The Dr & team were excellent & very helpful and not to mention friendly! I loved how the one staff member helped me find the perfect frame for my face. There were so many nice frames that it was difficult to choose one pair.
