The visit went well in the beginning - i felt that my vision changed and prescription was not updated. Went in for my annual exam, we went over my eye photographs and saw a scar - which i was told is no big deal but the eye Doctor displayed anger and frustration towards me because my answers to her test were conflicting. (The process was to see if i needed an updated prescription) (which i thought i did but doctor advised there was no change) and she visibly looked as if she had given up because my vision was not adjusting correctly and kept my prescription as it was. She huffed and puffed the entire exam as i answered “1,2, or same” I dont go anywhere else to handle my vision, i travel 40 minutes and feel more uncomfortable than ever coming back. Never had a interaction like this before at this location. I also dont plan to just brush this under the rug because i spend alot of money here every time. Thanks for listening.

Amazing service!!! I’ve never felt so valued before at any other eye doctor. Everyone was so nice and caring, and they even helped me pick out frames which was the first time I’ve ever received that kind of service!! Thank you so much!
