The clinic is beautiful. I was overdue for an eye appt, so my wife brought me here and I had a great reassuring experience during my eye exam. It was my first visit here to establish care and if you are in GR and wear eyeglasses or contacts and want 1st class service that works with your budget / insurance, definitely give the clinic team a call and discuss your concerns when making the appointment. The front desk staff are very educated on eye health and care. Last and most important. I was seen by Dr. Rademacher. He is a down to earth incredible eye doctor . Very professional, modest, great sense of humor and empathic towards my eye and vision health concerns that I have struggled with since I was 5 years old.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I don’t want to assume people haven’t had a great experience, unfortunately I didn’t . I was mislead when working with Tracy on my frames and cost. It was more than obvious she was sales focused. She miraculously dropped the price every time I said I’d take one pair versus two! She did ask me for half of the cost for both upfront and I again told her if just take the one pair to avoid that . She again sold me and said we’ll go ahead and order the second and you can pay for both when the first one shows up. They called to let me know one pair came. When asking about the second pair they had not been ordered . So I’m guessing she planned on ordering the second pair when I paid but not telling me that . Furthermore , JACKIE followed up on my frustration and was condescending and very rude . To the point where I just stopped talking . She kept telling me Tracey’s character when all I was attempting to express was my experience. THEY WILL UPSALE YOU WITHOUT TELLING YOU YOUR OPTIONS. JACKIE hopefully isn’t the manager . Sadly this place was close and had cool frames but I don’t even want to go in and grab the glasses I paid for . Hopefully the color of my skin didn’t motivate any of Jackie’s behavior . Very rude and combative from the jump . Even said “you think I’m being rude “… Needed to post this . Someone else should be calling to put flames out . Definitely not Jackie

Beautiful office & nice staff. They got me in & out so quick. Dr. Cornelius was super friendly & efficient. 10/10 highly recommended.
