A few months ago I came in to get my yearly eye exam. I’ve been seeing Dr. Preston for awhile. This was maybe my 2nd time coming without my mom since I’m an adult now. She was very passive aggressive towards me and kept giving me dirty looks. She looked annoyed when I forgot to bring my glasses. As someone who is still new to adulthood it doesn’t feel great when you get treated like this when you’re already nervous going alone. The staff is always so nice but I don’t recommend Dr. Preston. I’m switching to a new eye doctor who hopefully knows how to treat people.

Warm and friendly atmosphere where staff and Dr. take the initiative to meet the needs of clients/customers. Excellent service!

Dr. Ezzell and the staff were very friendly, efficient and mindful of my busy schedule. Extremely professional, they got me in and out very quickly. I would highly recommend Family Vision Associates to anyone who asks.
