Loved the doctor and the quality of the exam. I did have an issue with receiving a charge at the end of the visit. Courtesy notice after running my insurance would have been professional but hitting me with a charge at the end seemed a bit sneaky. (not a lot of money just an unknown surprise)

I’d visit Family Vision Center for my annual check up. Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Ha are very professional and care. They do all kind of test to make sure my eyes are up to date with my glasses. Their staff are also nice and friendly and help me follow up with next appointment. I recommend this Family Vision Center for everyone who needs eye care. They are my to go family vision care now.

Not Professional

I had a wonderful experience during my eye exam! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The optometrist (Dr Nguyen ) took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.

I came to the Family Vision Center due to issues with my contacts being uncomfortable. Staff was personable and professional . Dr. Nguyen was thorough with my exam and asked questions to ensure my eye test was meeting my vision needs. Wow...I have the most comfortable contacts I've had in years. Quick, professional, comfortable and affordable!

Teresa was great help today she was able to fix my broken glasses within a timely manner we were in and out very quickly especially on a very busy Sunday . 10/10 customer service definitely recommended coming in and checking out the variety of glasses they offer

They have a very friendly staff and doctor agree to adjust my prescription even after 30 days since my first visit. Very attentive and helpful.

Samantha has such great presents with her clients. She was so helpful and courteous towards me. She made sure all my needs were fulfilled. Since moving to pearland a month, looking for a place to get new glasses has been a challenge. However, Samatha made my experience very worthwhile. Thanks!

Great customer service. The only two suggestions I have is to let patients know they will need the PD to order their glasses and for each test that’s needed there should be a price listed so we know the cost and can decided if we want that test. Also transparency over the phone instead of saying a basic eye exam is $85. What is included in the exam? What other exams do you have? What is the cost for each or as a whole? It will definitely help. Otherwise the Doctor was very kind and the receptionist. They can be very busy so book an appointment.

Excellent place! Dr. Nguyen was very thorough, patient and took the time to explain everything about my eye exam. The staff were very friendly and my wait time was minimal. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen!
