Great Doctors. Unfortunately, I will never come back to this vision center. The head receptionist is very unprofessional. Beware with her sale schemes. I work hard to have vision insurance and she completely talked to me like I was a fool. My plans covers everything. However, she wanted to sale me products I don't need. Dr. Lee thank you for your professional but I can't deal with her behavior. This is not the first time. It's very unprofessional and she told me she never seen prescription like mine. Even though the doctor told me I can pick what's on my insurance and it's all cover on my plan. The receptionist never mentions the 20% off my frames that my plan offer. I called my VSP plan it cover everything. I never had a problem with other doctors for 23 years. People please read carefully your plans and don't be taken for a fool. Very unprofessional.

The staff is so nice here! They were running late but contacted me to let me know. When I got there, they wanted to keep me occupied so they helped me look at glasses and offered their opinion on how they looked. They explained what my insurance covered upfront (which I appreciate because it can be tricky to understand). They didn’t even make me wait long but I like that they kept me informed of where I was in line so that I knew what to expect! Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and a good listener. He answered all of my questions and educated me on how to be mindful about my eyes at work since I have a desk job. He also recommended eye drops since I have dry eyes. He really took the time to explain things to me (like why my eyes are dry, what can aggravate them, what signs to look out for which would mean I would need prescription eye drops, what he’s looking at in the eye imaging). He even listened to me about my migraines which doesn’t have to do with eyes specifically but he still cared since it had to do with my health. I definitely recommend coming here! They also have low bridge fit glasses which can be hard to find!

Very bad experience. Expensive and low quality service. I spent about $500 for a pair of myopia glasses but the frame got easily distorted within a year. And they suggested you to have a new pair of glasses and make new lens (expensive). And their prescription was almost 100 degrees (one eye) higher than my previous or later prescriptions. Of course lens with higher degrees are more expensive. Do not go there.
