Love their professionalism! Dr. Charrier is a master at his craft. From the onset he made me feel at ease with his thorough explanation of what I needed done. He puts it in layman terms and makes sure the explanation hits home until you understand. I saw an improvement instantly on what he proscribed and I hae seem several eye doctors in my lifetime. I can’t say enough about how good Dr. Charrier and his team are. My daughter had complicated medical issue of her vision. Dr. Charrier tried different ways to correct her vision to a level that she feels the best, and the effect lasts. The process has been long and difficult but Dr. Charrier has been patient and gone beyond to analyze and evaluate all possibilities. He would make time out of his regular work schedule to see my daughter, do all measurements by himself, and then elaborate the cause and discuss options. Dr. Charrier not only has the knowledge in his field, but also has the passion in his career. That’s why I am willing to drive one hour each time (more than two hours a round trip mainly on high way) to have my daughter’s vision cared by Dr. Charrier and his team.

Truly exceptional care! The professionalism of the entire staff is outstanding but what really shines is the level of patience, caring, and communication. The office is a well-oiled machine and they're quite mindful of your schedule and time yet they're not opposed to slowing down and taking whatever time is necessary to make sure that you're questions are answered and your health and comfort are ideal.
