I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with my first ever visit today at Fedora Optical. I got my current pair of rimless glasses before moving here from out of state, and the bridge piece broke (not just the nose pad). I stopped in and called several opticians who all said I would have to purchase a whole new set (bridge and ear pieces at $200-300) AND they had to send my glasses out (2 weeks) to attach the new pieces because they were not capable of doing the actual replacement of parts on rimless glasses. When I spoke to Ellen on the phone at Fedora - she was not only professional and super friendly but said she would be glad to look at my glasses and that she does replace the rimless parts right in the store. I took her an old pair of my rimless glasses that had a similar nose bridge and within 10-15 min she had the bridges swapped out - doing the work right in front of me with what seemed like simple tools but obviously a skill set that most shops don't have. Keep in mind - I did not purchase my glasses at this shop but it didn't matter to her - she was there to help. And because of her outstanding customer service and expertise - I will now be a customer of Fedora as long as I live in the area. THANK YOU ELLEN.
