I have had nothing but positive experiences in my 10 years of working with Dr. Miller and Dr. Schultz. Their staff are always warm, professional, and helpful. They helped me to navigate getting contact lenses and glasses with my new insurance plan with confidence.

New owners must not like old customers. Kim and her team were fantastic. The new crew is HORRIBLE. Took a pair of sunglasses in for new lenses because one broke. Paid triple what I used to and, and they only installed one lens. So now I have one new one and one scratched one. They couldn’t believe I was upset. How the hell do I know if there’s a trick to putting in the other lens ! There is no customer service left anywhere. And don’t get me started on the attitude.

I love Dr. Schultz she is so wonderful. I have been seeing her for years. I just met Dr. Hall for the first time today and I was so impressed. He did my post cataract surgery follow up. He was engaging and thorough in his exam. He answered all of my concerns post surgery and made me feel better. They have a great team in their East Greenwich location.

i took my glass frames for a fix, since they were a little crooked, and Amanda promptly welcomed and assisted me. She was very attentive, kind and willing to help, and they didn't even charged me for the service. also, i had the chance to check out some of their frames and it seems like they have a nice selection and they do accept VSP vision plan! (the notable store name is a plus!)

I’m very happy and impressed with everything and everyone. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and the tests and exams went smoothly. I actually followed Dr Schultz from Dr Millers office and I am very happy I did. Definitely will be back. PS I love my new glasses we picked out can’t wait to get them. Overall A++

I’ve been seeing Dr Schultz since she started with Dr Miller. She has always been excellent! Extremely thorough and always explaining as she goes. Today, I called Vision Associates because of pain in one eye. They were able to fit me in this afternoon to see Dr Schultz. Everything was quick and seamless, from front desk reception to my visit. Dr Schultz even gave me my regular exam since I was due, and she had the time. I will say that it’s definitely an upgrade from the old office now that everything is computerized! Highly recommend this practice!

The team at ferocious eyes has been extremely helpful and supportive as I have moved from glasses to contacts. I tried this before with another optometrist and it was a very frustrating experience. They were thoughtful, patient, and informative throughout the process. What a great team! I would recommend them to anybody.

I would like to thank Dr Schultz and the Staff at Ferocious Eyes Optical Center in East Greenwich, R.I.. Dr Schultz took the extra time to work with me ( more than once) lol, to get me a second pair of glasses for just distance, just for driving. Saw Dr. Hall today as my wonderful Dr. Schultze was away and I needed to get in sooner. Dr. Hall was just as kind, thorough, reassuring and patient as Dr. Schultze always has been. I found Ferocious Eyes to provide excellent service, prices are very competative and prescriptions are filed on the premisses which cuts down wait time drastically. My glasses were ready in 3 business days! Optician, Kim, was very knowledgable, pleasant and customer centered. I recommend this optical center highly!
