Dr Bernstein as a dr seems frazzled and past his prime. He had no interest in the things I had read from new MEDICAL journals and claimed I read “snake oil salesman’s things” on the internet, which definitely does happen, but that was not the case with what I was trying to explain to him. He also ran incredibly late and his office staff even seemed annoyed with him (as well as me and 6 other patients!). Office staff and nurses were awesome. They deserve a better optometrist!

I'm 73 years old. I've been wearing contacts since I was 12 years old, so I've got a bit experience. Never in my life have I been treated like I was treated at Fillmore Eye Clinic. This is the most unprofessional group of people I've ever encountered. I could supply a huge amount of details as to why I despise this clinic so much, but suffice to say, if you choose to use this group of quacks, you should have your head examined along with your eyes. Beware especially, BRANDON HICKS. I hear he's transferring to OHIO, so you good folks from OHIO, please beware.

I went in yesterday with a bad eye infection. Dr. Bernstein and the staff provided an excellent and very professional care. Thank you for your service!!
