I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. I had my glasses made and made an appointment to go back because I'm still struggling to read my computer screen. The optometrist acted as if he was offended. Spent the whole hour telling me about how me "feeling" like I can not see with out straining is subjective. I explained that I had a pair of glasses in the past that worked well so I know this was not the right rx, and he said "well I can't give you back these magic glasses you had." He belittled me by trying to flex his knowledge on how the eye works and why I was wrong for thinking I needed a different rx. I was super uncomfortable so I tried to leave. The first time I advised I came in my lunch hour and needed to go. He replied "yeah I'm waiting to eat my lunch too." The second time I advised I would wear these for a couple of weeks and see if it made a difference. To Which he said "no I can't let you go till we have an agreement." I don't understand what he was trying to get me to agree to? He never put the machine back over my face to check where i am struggling. Just pulled out his college case of lenses that were super thick and asking "is that better?" I know I just need basically readers but my god this guy was super unprofessional and when I started to feel uncomfortable I was pressed to stay. Didn't listen to my concerns at all and completely made me feel like I was wasting his time.

Dr. Pham has helped me with my very complicated prescription. He has researched to find special contacts for me. I have my whole family seeing him now. He knows his stuff and cares deeply.

Very unprofessional optometrist is what the least thing I can say about this person. Didn’t have the capability or capacity to watch his tone with me. I asked him nicely if he could show me how to put on my contacts and disrespectfully disregarded my needs. Also, his copay rate is TOO HIGH if you’re looking for an affordable optometrist. I would advise everyone to not come to this office because it really is subpar and incompetent.
