I was referred by my Dr Glenn Coullard before I moved here to see Dr Tex Cole in 2010. Dr Cole, Josie, and all the ladies at front desk, and the optical department go out of their way to take care of my family. As I sat and observe, I found myself smiling just listening to them all happily working together helping one another. Dr Cole’s awesome, and keeps you smiling he and Josie. By the time I leave my cheek muscles need a rest, and my mouth to because I am a talker. My Mom says everywhere I go I know somebody. But little does she know. That would be our first time meeting. This care I observe goes far beyond my family as I see other patients go in and come out happy. This is a part of what keeps me coming back Dr Cole has retired, and leaves my family in the hands of Dr Sharon Edwards, & Dr Butler. I was not so happy about him retiring. As I retired in 2010. This gives me time to spend with my kids, and my grandkids. Also doing some of the thing I love to do. So Dr Cole enjoy your retirement live, be happy and make memories to last a lifetime. Thank you Dr Edwards and Dr Butler for doing an awesome job of taking care of our eyes! We love you all!😇❤️

Dr Edwards is a great doctor. I've been seeing her for over 13 years and I won't go anywhere else for my contacts and glasses.

I am only giving it 5⭐️ because Dr. Butler assistant and Dr. Butler was very nice, I will miss Dr Cole though. Butttt I will have to say the Lady who does the glasses area was not friendly, made it uncomfortable, and to top it off the lady at the front desk/billing she wasn’t very empathetic, she actually told me I had to take the trial pair of contacts that Dr Butler said she was sending me home with to test out to see if they would work for me before purchasing some, she said because I couldn’t pay for the contact fitting of $80.75 Today, I’d have to take the contacts out and throw them in the trash can , I was like WOW, these are the trial pair Dr Butler said I could go home with, but to keep the peace And not go off, I politely took them out threw them in the trash can paid what I could pay on the other portion of my bill and walked out, Not sure if I would like to continue there or not even though Dr Butler and her assistant was very nice….
