This was my first visit to First eye care in Killeen. The wait was not a long one and the waiting area is rather homey and comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous. There were some forms to fill out but they did not ask any unnecessary information. The ladies that were doing the preliminary exams were very good at their jobs and I was done with their exams within a couple minutes. The optometrist was also very skilled and was complete With her exams within 15 minutes of me being taken back. I had some questions about my left eye and she addressed my concerns to my satisfaction. I give this office 5 stars for the warm way they welcomed me and made me feel comfortable with the exams they had to perform. Very professional and expedient but detailed service.

This was our first time visiting First Eye Care Killeen. And it was my 8 year olds very first eye appointment. Making an appointment was easy, and they got us in within a few days. Wait time was short. And the staff and Dr were very friendly and efficient. The office is large, clean, and BEAUTIFUL! They had many frame options to choose from. It was an overall GREAT experience. I’m glad we chose them and will continue to use them for our future eye care needs!

Wow! The team at First Eye Care Killeen is top notch. You walk through the door and are greeted by a very nice and professional reception person. From that point on its the same with each tech, the amazingly caring Dr, and then the eye wear specialist at the end. No rushing you through, especially if you have questions. My husband and I were very well cared for. Oh, last, but not least, the place is beautiful! Oh, and they worked exceptionally well with out Tricare Vision insurance. Thanks Team! Well done!
