The entire team here was top tier. Reception was cheerful and welcoming. Dr Jill and her team were very friendly and professional during the exam and happy to answer questions and explain things well. I also appreciated that the team didn't try to push me into buying anything. They let me know I didn't need glasses, but did let me see what a slight correction would look when I asked them out of curiosity. I decided to get a pair anyway (FSA accounts expire at year end) and again her team was very helpful in giving advice, answering insurance questions, and suggesting frames to try. Much appreciated since this was my first pair. 100% recommend going here.

This business is top notch and definitely focuses on customer service. My daughter lost her glasses on vacation and in a panic I called Fishers Eye Care to discuss our options for replacement glasses. I spoke to Megan three separate times and she researched my daughters file/prescription and walked me through the different options and price points. Megan went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly what to expect financially and the timeframe involved.
