Dr Flagel was great! The nurse was also friendly and welcoming. The receptionist did seem a bit short and the young lady who helped me pick out my frames was not very engaging or helpful. I was still willing to continue using this office as my new eye doctor after moving to Middletown. My problem is that I have been waiting for my frames now for a month! 8/14-9/14. I probably wouldn’t mind so much if I hadn’t lost my old glasses or the expectation was set for an extended wait. I can’t suggest going to this location if you need glasses in a hurry. If you already have working glasses, I would definitely refer Dr Flagel.

Decided to try a new eye doctor due to them being recommended by my insurance carrier and they had great 5-Star reviews. The Doctor was amazing and very knowledgeable. If you want someone who truly cares about your eye health, I do recommend this Doctor! The reason for a 3-Star review is the glasses wait. They specifically told me 2-4 weeks for them to come in and pickup. That was August 9th and today is September 28th. I was told two different weeks that they would be in by Friday and received no call, no return call when leaving a message checking on the status, and I had to call several times to be told there was a mixup and the order has been placed again. Will change this to a 4-Star review if the glasses come in on the promise of Friday and no later than Monday again… otherwise I am sorry to say the communication on this particular issue has not been satisfactory.

The Ladies working there are rude, I heard them gossiping about people. And they get made when people called in for an appointment. I could not believe How they acted in a place of business, Dr Flagel would be best to get new and improved workers.
