DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
Had an issue with the $350+ glasses and brought it to the attention of the Dr. and staff. However they could care less as they did noting in the way of service recovery or to keep me and my family as customers for almost 3 decades. They didn't even offer me a discount on the replacement lenses...something at least, 60%, 50%, nothing... Their solution was for me to spend more money with them to replace the lenses when the initial eye exam should have be more inclusive and thorough based on my needs and how often I wear them and so the prescription was acceptable and worked for my personal needs and situation.
Very disappointing for a place I have been going for 25+ years. Time for my family of four to vote with our $$.and reviews!

Excellent place to visit. Friendly staff. Remodel new office. I’ve moved far, prefer to take the drive. The attention every time I’ve visited is phenomenal.

I’ve been going to Flamingo Falls eye care for several years. They have changed ownership since I started seeing them but have maintained a high level of eye care with advanced equipment and customer service. I don’t have much experience with other ophthalmology facilities to compare them to but I’ve been very pleased with their practice.
