I have been so happy since I changed my eye doctor the beginning of this year. Dr. Wong was extremely professional, informative and caring when I first saw him in January. The people that work there are always so helpful and pleasant. Today I had a somewhat urgent matter and when I called, I was able to get seen sooner than later by Dr. Chu, and she was wonderful! I’ve had multiple visits to Floe Optometry, and every experience has been excellent. Dr. Wong and the entire staff are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They always make me feel welcome and take the time to address any questions or concerns. One thing I really appreciate is how punctual they are. Even with multiple visits, I’ve consistently been in and out within about 30 minutes while still receiving thorough, high-quality care. Their team is considerate, efficient, and respectful of patients’ time. On top of that, their prices are very reasonable, and the quality of service is outstanding. It’s hard to find a better combination of affordability, efficiency, and excellent eye care. I highly recommend Floe Optometry and Dr. Wong!

The minute I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and taken In immediately. Dr. Chiu was amazing and took a lot of time with me explaining everything about my images, contacts, the pressure in my eye and much more. She said if I have any further questions please feel free to contact her. Both of the assistants were extremely patient & also explained everything that was going to be done. The last assistant Karina was great. She took alot of time helping with numerous types of frames. She was very patient and super friendly. She also explained everything my insurance would cover. She was very helpful to the very end. I don’t live close by, but I don’t mind the drive because of the professional service I get it’s so worth it. Thank you for having such a wonderful staff including Liz who recommended me to come here. I’m glad she did. I thank Dr. Chiu for literally saving my eye sight from getting worse & requesting a referral from my primary doctor for the ophthalmologist. Thanks for everything. I've been a patient at FLOE for several years now, and every visit has been a great experience. Dr. Wong and his team are incredibly knowledgeable. The eye exam was thorough, and each step was clearly explained so I always knew what to expect. What really sets FLOE apart is the exceptional customer service. When it came to choosing frames, the staff were endlessly patient and helpful, guiding me through what felt like a hundred frames without ever losing their warmth or enthusiasm. I left feeling confident I'd chosen the perfect pair for my face. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an optometrist who genuinely cares about their patients!

GREAT SERVICE ! I got a text from Liz the Optician around midday on Wednesday that my Silhouette eyeglasses were ready to pick up. I was quoted 3 weeks so it was ahead of schedule by a few days. These guys close for lunch every day from 1pm - 2pm so my wife and I arrived here straight after lunch. Liz took care of everything....my new ZEISS progressive transition tinted lenses looked great and of course with brand new prescription lenses I could see perfectly. Now I have 2 identical pairs of Silhouette eyeglasses with the latest prescription lenses. Not cheap but I try to buy the best quality I can afford !
